Fi Ra Wali MOVEMENT SENTANI SOCIETY GLOCALIZATION MOVEMENT IN ENCOUNTER WITH MODERNIZATION
The objectives of this paper are to describe and explain the fi ra wali (read: my sago my life) movement as the glocalization of the Sentani people in their encounter with modernization. Ethnographic methods and phenomenological techniques were used to obtain data obtained from participant observation, interviews, and literature studies. So far, sago has only been seen as local food, so its existence has received little attention so that the local wisdom of sago has been destroyed by modernization. However, this paper reveals that the glocalization of the movement needs to be done to maintain the cultural identity of the Sentani people. Fi Ra wali has sacred values that give life to society. Thus, this paper concludes that the Fi Ra wali movement is a glocalization of the Sentani community to maintain the sacredness of Fi Ra wali, which is a collective identity and contains social cohesion in local communities.
SMART GAS MONITORING SYSTEM WITH SMS ALERT USING GSM MODULE AND ARDUINO
Today, gas leakage and detection are important issues in our everyday lives. Gas waste is also a big issue that must be addressed. LPG gas is very combustible and can endanger both people and property. To avoid such scenarios, substantial effort has been given to the development of accurate systems for detecting gas leaks. Because simply knowing that a leak exists isn't always enough to initiate remedial action, several leak detection techniques were created to provide for the potential of identifying the leak. Our goal is to use the Internet of Things to decrease hazards in the kitchen. The main goal is to propose the design and implementation of a Gas Leakage Alert System based on SMS. Gas sensors are used in kitchens to detect gas leaks. The issue of gas wastage is also checked with the assistance of an infrared sensor. When the sensor detects no vessel over the burner for an extended length of time, an alert is triggered.

AN INTELLIGENT VOICE ENABLED WEB PORTAL FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSONS
Nowadays, blind people face difficulties in living a normal way and there is a misunderstanding about the type of their disability. For example, most of them cannot find reading material and suitable textbooks are not available for them. In addition, the Internet has become an important performer for acquiring information and knowledge that includes various elements such as text, graphs, and numbers for their learning process. However, visually impaired people cannot use the internet and cannot be educated easily as they are unable to see links on web pages. Through this research paper, we have created an application to make the lives of the blind easier. This research aims to reach solution to over this problem by proposing an application that has feature using intelligent voice, so it can convert speech to text and read it, it can do the opposite and give response by voice. It will navigate the blind people in which page they are by intelligent voice and if they want to read it will give available languages and reading speech. They can also enter username and password as voice input, the system will convert, read it and it will check if it is correct or not. Moreover, it can be use by general people, it is possible to them to send audio or write text. In short, blind people can use the application and practice their normal life without embarrassment with others by giving a voice command, and the program will translate it and give response. They will have chance to access the World Wide Web by browsing the Internet, checking, sending, and receiving e-mail, searching the Internet, and listening to the search content just by giving a voice command to the system.

SMART VIDEO-BASED SIGN LANGUAGE APP: IMPACTS ON COMMUNICATION
Life is a blessing from the graces of God that he granted to all His creatures. God has excelled in creating this life in its most beautiful form, making the difference of people and the difference of graces among them a cornerstone for enjoying life. Created nature around him, which fascinates hearts, and some enjoy hearing the melody of nature and the chirping of birds and the chants of the seas. The situation regarding the deaf and dumb category is different, because life on a daily basis faces the deaf and dumb category with various difficulties, some of which are similar to what other natural individuals face, Some of the others are his own, that is, they are caused by the problems he suffers because of his disability, and the deaf-dumb tries to continue living relying on his attempt to be able to adapt to the conditions of his life, so they succeed and fail at times. The greater challenge for the deaf-dumb is to strive all possible ways to communicate with the society easily and confidently. They face many problems because most of the individuals they interact may lack knowledge of communicating using sign language. This research aims to reach solutions to overcome this problem by proposing an application to communicate for the Deaf and dumb. This application will help the public to understand the sign language used by deaf and dumb individuals. Therefore, the deaf and dumb group can communicate with people who do not know sign language without feeling embarrassed.

NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING AND SENTIMENT ANALYSIS
Natural Language Processing is one of the branches of Artificial Intelligence that has only recently entered the spotlight. Apple Siri, Amazon Alexa, and, more recently, Google Duplex are just a few of the most well-known instances of NLP in work, with the technology delivering outstanding human-machine interactions. By 2023, there are estimated to be eight billion digital voice assistants in use, owing to their popularity. With such a large-scale use, the data generated from these interactions would also be immense. This untapped goldmine of data can be used to further research and development of Natural Language Processing and can be used in many industries such as healthcare, technology, business etc. Sentiment analysis, with the help of Natural Language Processing can help industries process these huge datasets faster and efficiently and can be used, for example, in the healthcare industry to diagnose patients and develop diagnostic models for detecting chronic disease in its early stages. Web 2.0 has allowed massive user data to be generated which can be tapped to extract valuable information for various reasons that an individual, policy maker(s), organizations and Governments might need.
A TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM BASED ON FACIAL RECOGNITION FOR STUDENT IDENTITY VALIDATION
Student identity validation is the most important part of the examination process. When the right student sits for the right examination, the integrity and validity of that examination is upheld. Impersonation in an examination occurs when a student sits in an examination for another student and pretends to be the real student. The student unique identity number is mainly used to determine the validity of a student. However, this method alone does not stop impersonation. This paper therefore develops a biometric system (facial recognition) as a second factor authenticator for student identity validation. The first factor is the unique student identity number and the second factor is the face recognition system. This was achieved by developing a face recognition service model using the python language, OpenCV library and the PyTorch framework. The convolutional Neural Network was adopted and the postgreSQl database was used for the development of the service model. The aim is to mitigate examination impersonation by capturing a live video of every intending student with a HDD camera stationed at the entrance of the examination hall and sending the video captured to a live computer which communicates with the web server to determine whether the student is eligible to sit for that examination. The result of this research effort is a face recognition system which validates students and makes sure that the right student sits for the right examination.

ANALYSIS, DESIGN AND SIMULATION OF ZVS BASED HIGH CONVERSION RATIO ISOLATED DC-DC BUCK CONVERTER FOR ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM
In this paper, a novel zero voltage switching (ZVS) is based high conversion ratio bidirectional DC-DC converter for the energy storage system proposed. Within the buck mode, the proposed converter is like that of a cascade consisting of an isolated buck-boost converter and a buck converter, thus achieving a high step-down ratio. Similarly, in the boost mode, the converter is analogous to the cascaded structure consisting of a boost converter and an isolated buck-boost converter, and then a high step-up ratio is achieved. Thus, a high conversion ratio has been established with the proposed converter. In addition to this ZVS eliminates switching losses and improves conversion efficiency. Furthermore, the validity and performance of the proposed converter are verified employing a prototype.
