Common Questions
Quick answers to common questions about the indexing process
No. RJRIndex offers completely free journal evaluation and indexing. There are no hidden fees, application charges, or annual maintenance costs.
Any authorized representative of the journal (editor, publisher, or managing editor) can submit the journal for indexing. You should have access to all required information about the journal.
We recommend that journals have published at least 2 issues before applying. This allows us to assess publication regularity and content quality. However, new journals with strong editorial standards are welcome to apply.
You can track your journal's status in real-time through your Publisher Dashboard. The status tracker shows the current stage (Pending, Under Evaluation, Under Review, Approved/Rejected). You will also receive email notifications at each stage change.
Once approved: (1) Your journal gets a dedicated profile page on RJRIndex, (2) An indexing certificate with QR verification is generated, (3) Our crawler begins indexing your articles with metadata, DOIs, and author information, (4) Your journal appears in our directory and search results, (5) You can embed an "Indexed in RJRIndex" badge on your website.
