• "Publisher" refers to any User who submits a journal for indexing consideration.
• "Content" refers to all text, data, metadata, images, and materials on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to journal indexing, article discovery, citation export, analytics, and all features provided.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RJRIndex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Journal Submission and Indexing

Publishers who submit journals agree to the following:

• All submitted information is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date
• The journal adheres to recognized publishing standards and ethical guidelines
• The publisher holds the legal right to submit the journal for evaluation
• RJRIndex reserves the right to accept, reject, or revoke indexing based on our Selection Criteria
• Indexing decisions are at our sole discretion and are final
• Indexed journals may be subject to periodic re-evaluation

There is no fee for journal submission or indexing. RJRIndex does not charge publishers for evaluation or inclusion.

Acceptable Use

When using RJRIndex, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality or security
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Impersonate any person, institution, or organization
• Use Platform data to create a competing service without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent journal information

RJRIndex is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the Platform. Indexing on RJRIndex does not constitute a certification of quality beyond our stated evaluation criteria.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJRIndex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or decisions made based on information provided by the Platform.

Termination
