Abstract

Perovskite quantum dots (QDs) show potential applications in both fundamental research and commercial applications due to their exceptional optoelectronic properties. However, perovskite QDs exhibit poor stability in humid and oxygen-rich environments. Here, we employed a nano-grating structure to fabricate C8BTBT/CsPbBr3 quantum dot films, enhancing the light absorption, charge transport, and stability of the perovskite QDs. Experiments demonstrate that photodetectors based on this structure exhibit a high responsivity of 210 A W−1, retaining 60% of their performance after 4000 bending cycles. Furthermore, the device maintained 83% of its initial performance after 90 days of storage in air owing to the hydrophobic protection provided by C8BTBT. Our work significantly enhances the stability and optoelectronic performance of perovskite QDs, offering a novel pathway for developing high-performance photodetectors.
