Abstract
A Chatbot is a smart agent that interacts with human beings using a digital device. Chatbots play a vital role in the automation of responding to user queries. Chatbots were initially designed with an idea to fool humans. The design today has become one of the most important components of many businesses. The literature presents a smart interactive text-based chatbot VIBO designed to respond to user queries related to a University.
