Performance Analysis of Prepaid Nano Fluid for Cooling-Vehicle Motor
Abstract
With the growing demand for electric vehicles (EVs), the importance of efficient thermal management systems has significantly increased. These systems play a crucial role in maintaining optimal performance and prolonging the lifespan of critical components, particularly electric motors. However, traditional cooling methods often struggle to meet the high heat dissipation requirements of EV motors, resulting in reduced overall efficiency and reliability. To address this issue, the integration of nano fluids as a cooling medium has emerged as a promising solution. Nano fluids, which are engineered colloidal suspensions, consist of a base fluid (such as water or oil) and nanoparticles with sizes ranging from 1 to 100 nanometers. Through the dispersion of nanoparticles within the base fluid, nano fluids possess unique thermal properties that significantly enhance heat transfer efficiency compared to conventional fluids. This abstract provides an overview of the application of nano fluids in E-vehicle motor cooling, emphasizing their potential benefits, challenges, and future prospects.
