Abstract

Abstract This work presents the first general synthetic access to N ‐CH₂F and N ‐CHRF carbamates, thiocarbamates, formamides, alkynamides, and related compounds. The synthetic approach employs N ‐CH 2 F and N ‐CHRF carbamoyl fluorides as versatile strategic building blocks, which can be efficiently synthesized in a single step directly from readily available amines or imines.
