Abstract
EMR is used in healthcare system for the managing the day-to-day activities, by providing quality of care and improving the performances of healthcare services. It has been understood by the Healthcare Professionals, students, patients that EMR can be used to solve the operational issues, provide the data to the patient and other facilities through the nationally accepted interoperable standards.
